At dreamscape Travel, we have established booking conditions for Kilimanjaro climbing and safaris to ensure efficient service for our valued clients.
BOOKING AGREEMENT
Client Information
When making a booking with dreamscape Travel, it is imperative that clients provide accurate and complete information, including the full names of all participants and their nationalities, for both tour and safari reservations.
Booking Changes
Should any changes to your booking information arise, we kindly request clients to notify us promptly via email. We will do our best to accommodate these changes, taking into consideration any applicable cancellation rules.
DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT
Deposit Requirement
To initiate the planning and reservation process, a deposit is required. The standard deposit is as follows:
Confirmation
Your booking with dreamscape Travel will be confirmed only upon receipt of your deposit. We will promptly issue a confirmation notice along with a receipt.

Cancellation Fees
In the unfortunate event of a booking cancellation or a failure to join a tour, dreamscape Travel enforces the following cancellation fees:

Unforeseen Events
dreamscape Travel cannot be held responsible for any changes or cancellations of trips due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, war, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, dreamscape Travel will work to reschedule the trip or provide a suitable alternative, and any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
