Day 1: Tarangire National Park
Morning:
Breakfast at 0730am. Pick up from your hotel in Moshi/Arusha at 0900am to Tarangire where Start your day with an early morning game drive in Tarangire National Park. Witness the sunrise over the vast savannah as you search for Elephants, Lions, and an array of bird species.
Afternoon:
Head to Tarangire River for a picnic lunch. Enjoy the unique experience of watching animals gather at the river to quench their thirst. In the afternoon, explore more of the park, encountering herds of Zebras, wildebeests, and perhaps the elusive leopard.
Evening:
Dinner and overnight at Jambo Lodge or Fig tree lodge
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
Morning:
Wake up early morning for breakfast then drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and marvel at the diverse ecosystem within its walls. Spot Rhinos, Lions, and Buffalo as you explore the crater floor.
Afternoon:
Take a break for a picnic lunch surrounded by the stunning scenery of the crater. In the afternoon, continue your game drive, witnessing the unique interactions between predators and prey in this enclosed natural wonder.
Evening:
Dinner and overnight at Simba Campsite.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
Morning:
Breakfast at 0700am. Pick up from the Lodge at 0800am and begin your day with a scenic drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Explore the diverse landscapes, from the shores of the lake to the dense forests. Keep an eye out for the famous tree-climbing lions and the abundant birdlife.
Afternoon:
Pause for a leisurely picnic lunch within the park. Continue your exploration, encountering Elephants, Giraffes, and the playful troops of Baboons that inhabit the area. This small park contains also five distinct vegetation zones. Thus, supporting a large variety of birds and animals. The Manyara National Park is also famous for its large flocks of flamingos.
Evening:
Drop off in Moshi/Arusha or at the airport.
